About Me

I’m an executive coach who works with leaders navigating complex roles and high expectations.

Most of my clients are already successful. They are thoughtful, capable, and trusted. But they are also at an inflection point where how they have been operating is no longer enough for what is being asked of them.

That is where our work begins.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade at Google and Slack working in partnership/platform/product roles that required both strategic thinking and execution. I experienced firsthand how difficult it is to lead in fast moving environments where expectations are high and clarity is limited.

I started coaching because I saw how many talented leaders were working incredibly hard but still feeling stuck, reactive, or unsure if they were focusing on the right things.

Now, I partner with leaders to help them step out of that cycle and operate with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

Although I formally trained as a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, in many ways coaching has always been part of who I am. I’ve long been someone who helps others step out of what’s keeping them stuck and move toward something more meaningful.

A defining experience in my life was being diagnosed with cancer at 32. While it could have been one of the darkest chapters, it ultimately reshaped how I think about resilience, perspective, and what truly matters. It also deepened my belief that even in the most challenging circumstances, there is often an opportunity for growth.

That perspective shows up in my work. I help clients navigate complexity, challenge their assumptions, and operate in a more grounded and intentional way.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy logging miles on my Peloton bike, playing as many sports as my body will still tolerate, keeping 90’s dance moves alive and well, cooking for my small but mighty family of three, and continually learning something new.
