I work with leaders in complex roles where expectations are high and priorities are constantly shifting.
Most of my clients are already successful. They are thoughtful, capable, and trusted.
They are now being asked to operate at a different altitude, often without additional clarity, time, or support.

This approach is influenced in part by the work of Cal Newport on focus and “Slow Productivity,” and Tony Schwartz on energy management, but adapted for the realities of leadership roles.

How we will work together
Our work is structured but flexible.
We typically meet every two weeks, which gives you space to apply what we are working on in real time.
Sessions are a mix of:

To separate your own voice from the expectations, pressures, and definitions of success that may have been placed on you over time.
To define how you want to lead, how you want to show up, and what success actually looks and feels like for you.
From that place, we build the clarity and confidence to make decisions, focus your time and energy, and do work that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
